Our 2 Day RoSPA Assured COSHH Awareness Train the Trainer course allows you to become an instructor delivering effective COSHH Awareness Training to employees. As a result of this course you will be able to train people with little or no knowledge, or experience in Health and Safety to have COSHH safety awareness in their roles.

There are no prerequisites to attend this training. This course is suitable for beginners, up to experienced practitioners. We incorporate all levels of experience within the training.

This COSHH Assessor Trainer course is suitable for training employees in industries such as:

Agriculture (ex: Dusts, chemicals, diseases, toxic gases.)
Baking (ex: Dusts, enzymes, flavour Concentrates, cleaning products.)
Beauty (ex: Products that cause skin irritation, allergies and asthma, acrylic fumes.)

Course Detail

Course Aim:

To enable candidates to carry out their own training course of operatives, in a basic understanding of the requirements of COSHH regulations.

Certification:

The attendee will receive RoSPA Assured National Training Services Instructor Certification valid for 3 years. After which a 1 day Refresher Course is recommended.

Duration:

Two Days

Suitable for:

Persons with some knowledge of COSHH and the responsibility for training.

Our open courses are held at our training centre Unit 1, Adams House, Northampton Science Park, Kings Park Road, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6LG.

Assessment Criteria:

There is a short question paper and the trainees will be assessed throughout the course. The training involves candidate participation. On day two the candidate will carry out a practical training session on which they will be assessed. Any problems with the aforementioned assessment criteria, please discuss this with us.
