"Having attended the safety harness train the trainer course with NTS I felt compelled today to say thank you. I have been a trainer for a number of years and tackle all the usual courses and in fact lots of which I learned with NTS. I completed the safety harness train the trainer course quite a while ago and although I used to run my own version I now do it the NTS way. The genius part when attending the train the trainer is they give you everything you’ll need to carry out the course.
So today after running a harness course in Gatwick one which I have carried out around about 10 to 15 times previously as a self employed trainer whilst using all the guidance handouts and powerpoint given from NTS I think I have finally tuned my course to one of the best courses I deliver! I have tweaked a few things here and there and you have to make it bespoke for your client but still the backbone of it comes from all I learnt at NTS.
The class was made up with a mix of site managers or supervisors all of which had been in the trade for donkeys years and all of them came up and said wow! We have learnt so much. I felt really chuffed ! As a trainer we are always trying to improve our courses, make them flow better, make them interactive and enjoyable and I think Ive just cracked it with this one. So thanks to all at NTS for the guidance support and training
