Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills with NTS

Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills

Here at National Training Services, we are well known for delivering the Train the Trainer courses organisations and their workers need to succeed in their respective target markets.

Our Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills is a great option for those looking to finetune their skillsets and supply more effective training. Here we reveal what is involved in our Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills course and the many benefits of enrolling.

In short, our Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills is designed to help participants develop the knowledge and experience they need to take a systemic approach to delivering training. Understanding your specialism is after all just the beginning of being a trainer. Knowing how to deliver such training and engage with your trainees is a vital part of the puzzle.

Our Level 2 Introduction to Trainer Skills is based on the training cycle, which covers three main areas to ensure effective training can be given, whatever the subject matter of the course.

As a result, our City and Guilds approved Introduction to Trainer Skills focuses on session planning, training delivery and evaluation. Along with sharing the theoretical knowledge that makes delivering results across these key areas, participants will have the opportunity to put these theories into practice. During the course, every participant will deliver a 15-minute training session that they have planned.

Self, peer group and course evaluation are also covered in the syllabus to ensure trainers can equip themselves, their employers and their trainees with the knowledge they need to succeed in their own roles.
