There are many advantages to putting the safety of your employees and visitors first, with protection for every individual, the lower risk of injury and illness, and improved reputation and productivity all widely acknowledged benefits. Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, it is also your duty of care to facilitate and maintain a safe working environment.
