To enable the candidate to carry out assessments of stress in the workplace and implement effective management methods to control it.

Assessment Criteria:
There will be a written test to assess the understanding of the trainees and they will be assessed on the practical element. The training involves candidate participation.
Candidates will receive a full assessors pack including software with recording format.
The course is designed to enable the participant to go away with the tools to effectively implement assessments. This may entail support from your organisation to enable this to happen.
