Assessment Criteria: There will be a written test to assess the
understanding of the trainees and they will
be assessed on the practical element.
Candidates will receive a full assessors
pack including software with recording format.
The course is designed to provide the participant
with the tools and knowledge effectively
to implement assessments. This may entail
support from your organisation to enable
this to happen.
